Glassware - Fragile Goods In Protection

Fragile Goods In Protection is a series of glassware that explores the boundaries between objects and design, concept and creation. Inspired by the texture and function of bubble wrap, the pieces use glassblowing techniques to re-wrap classic ceramic forms. This transformation creates a dialogue between fragility and protection, revealing how the act of safeguarding can alter the identity of what is being protected.
